Night market of the old town is near the shrimp bridge where you can take a walk on the bridge. The walk on the bridge is free and there is ticket checking service if you want to ride to koh pu. The playground near the saphan kung or shrimp bridge is comfortable to spend time with family.

The saladan night market or Koh Lanta Night Market of saladan is walkable distance if you live in saladan area or near klong dao beach. If you’re staying near Long Beach, or phra ae beach then you can still walk to saladan market.

Reaching Koh Lanta Night Market is very easy in 2025. Ko lanta yai is a big island  where you can easily walk or take public transportation. Motorcycles are available to rent from around 200 baht per day with free helmets (gas is not included and you have to fill as required).

 Tuk Tuk and tricycle taxis are available everywhere. Tuk Tuk does not have a fixed time and runs only if there are enough people. Tricycle taxis are available to hire and I have mentioned the updated price here.

The Koh Lanta Night Market is accessible by foot if you come from Long beach, Phra ae beach or from klong dao beach. Sangha ou and old town is about 14 kilometers away and needs motor transportation which takes around 30 minutes. You can get transportation from the old town bridge.

Klong nin and Kantiang bay is also far and requires motor transportation to reach the market. Kantiang bay is a widely spread and awesome area for exploring.
